Cancellation Policy
If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours from time of appointment, you will be charged 25% of the cost of the service(s) booked. If you are 15+ minutes late to your appointment, a late fee will be applied to your balance. If you are 30+ minutes late to appointment you will be considered a no-show and you will be charged the full cost of appointment and this is non refundable. If you are a no-call no-show after the third time, you will be banned from booking with me.
